al qaeda douchebags in the Arabian Peninsula have claimed responsibility for the inept Abdulmutallabama's attempt to blow up a Northwest Airlines flight on Christmas Day, claiming it was a retaliation for alleged US strikes on Yemeni soil.

In a message written in Arabic, published on radical islamist websites, and happily disseminated throughout the world by US news networks, the media is making sure that everyone in the world knows that al qaeda hails Abdulmutalbarometer the "brother" who carried out the "heroic attack."

Because the world needs to know every detail about our national security, especially terrorists who's rights are strongly protected by the ACLU, the radical group stated they were testing "new kind of explosives" to kill innocent infidels and were positively delighted that the explosives "passed through security."

CNN was also kind enough to inform everyone that if they wish to blow a hole in a plane, part of the explosive device was sewn into Abdulmulamulamula's underwear, which were silk Tommy Hilfiger boxers, and the explosive in the device was pentaerythritol, or PETN. The statement also threatened further attacks, saying, "since Americans support their leaders they should expect more from us... we have prepared men who love to die."
